For clients
Add the venue, dates, bump-in and bump-out times, site zones and the freelancers each zone needs.
Search the map for freelancers by skill, rate, rating and tickets, or let the plan send offers to the best matches.
Rigging, EWP, Working at Heights, White Card and Working with Children Checks are checked, with expiry dates tracked.
Pay half to book and the rest when the job's done, or week by week on longer jobs. Freelancer pay, super, GST and tax invoices are all taken care of.
How it works
The client builds an event plan with the roles, dates and tickets each one needs.
Offers go to available, verified freelancers nearby, who accept, decline or counter.
The client pays a 50% deposit, held safely until the work is done.
Freelancers check in on site, and the run sheet and site map are in the app.
The client approves timesheets, and freelancers are paid with super.
Verification
Roles that need a ticket can only be booked by freelancers whose ticket is current on the day of the event.

Questions
Freelancers anywhere in Australia can join now. Clients can book in Sydney first, then right across Australia six months after launch.
Yes. Freelancers work as independent contractors, so you'll need an ABN before your first payout. If you're new to working on an ABN, we'll point you to help with setting up your tax.
The client does. 12% super is added on top of your rate and paid into your fund for every job. It never comes out of your pay.
Checks are charged at exactly what they cost us, with no markup. For example, a national police check is about A$52 to A$60. You can have it taken out of your first payout, so there's nothing to pay upfront.
We don't hold back tax, but every payout shows a suggested amount to set aside, and you get an end-of-year summary for your accountant.
Half when they book. For jobs up to a week, the rest is charged once the client approves the timesheet. For longer jobs, each week is paid before it starts, and the end-of-week timesheet settles any difference on the next payment.
Yes. Every booking starts with a client deposit, and on longer jobs each week is paid before it starts, so you never work a week that hasn't been paid for.
Yes. You set your own weekend, night and public holiday rates, and event plans flag NSW public holidays automatically.
